DIS releases another solid annual result
The engineering and R&D company DIS has just published another satisfactory annual result for 2016/17.
The engineering and R&D company Dansk IngeniørService (DIS) continues the positive development and announces a total gross profit of DKK 196 million which represents a growth rate of 21 percent. The development has also affected the net profit which ended at DKK 31.5 million for the financial year.
DIS is satisfied with the annual results as they meet the expectations of the company.
Internationally the number of employees has grown with more than 40 percent entirely through controlled organic growth.
- We will continue to expand internationally and with the launch of our global team concept we have the basis for continued growth. We are experiencing synergies for DIS in the strengthened international setup, says Group CFO at DIS, Anders Nørgaard.
In the financial year 2016/17 the engineering and R&D company has opened another subsidiary in Orlando, USA, as well as a strong presence has been established in the Polish metropole Krakow. The company now has a total of 13 subsidiaries worldwide.
- We see great potential in the continued international expansion. Our professional competences will continue to be strengthened together with our recruitment base, and we will increase as our ability to service a wide range of global and national customers with our flexible and innovative setup, says Anders.
DIS’ growth expectations for the next financial year are similar to the released results for this year. DIS predicts that ongoing and new initiatives will provide a positive impact and that the company will reach the target of an annual growth rate of 30 percent.
